The STAR Award

Every month, Salinas Valley Health recognizes one employee, clinical or non-clinical, who displays commitment and excellence in their work. Employees who exemplify the Salinas Valley Health STAR values- Support, Teamwork, Accountability and Respect are presented with the STAR Award.

Nomination forms can be submitted by staff, patients and visitors and are located throughout the medical center or can be submitted here.

The STAR Team Award

The STAR Team Award recognizes a team of individuals who go above and beyond their traditional roles. STAR Team Nomination Forms are accepted in a similar fashion as for the individual STAR Award.
