The regional Heart Program offers a variety of education and support groups free-of-charge to patients, their families and members of the community who want to learn more about regaining and maintaining a healthy heart. Some of our current offerings include:

Stress Management with Mindfulness Meditation- Individuals who have had a heart attack or other cardiac event meet to share ideas and solutions for reducing stress and improving health.

HeartSaver CPR/AED - American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED Course.

Mended Hearts (Affiliated with the American Heart Association)
For more than 50 years, Mended Hearts has been offering the gift of hope and encouragement to heart patients, their families and caregivers.
